01 · Repair
Replace a part, not the pallet.
Damaged skids, crossrails and legs bolt off and on with high-tensile M6 bolts. The steel deck stays in service.
02 · Reuse
Wash it and send it out again.
Smooth, non-absorbent surfaces are easy to wash and sterilise, so the same pallet goes round the loop again and again.
Steel does not creep under load the way plastic does, so the pallet keeps its shape over its working life.
03 · Recycle
Value at end of life.
Infinitely recyclable steel means a retired pallet still has material value at the end of its life.
