Who we are

This website is run by Ecolite Pallets Limited, a company in Hong Kong.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, company, email address, product of interest and message. Filling in the form is voluntary, but we need your name, email address and message to be able to reply.

Like most websites, our web server also records basic technical details of each visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) so the site can run securely. To stop spam, the form keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for one hour.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on them, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your details or use them for profiling.

Who can see it

Our staff, and the service providers who run our email and website for us:

• Email: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation)
• Website hosting: eUKhost Ltd, in the United Kingdom

These providers may handle your details outside Hong Kong. We may also disclose details where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence: 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a customer relationship.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Use our contact form, or write to the Privacy Officer, Ecolite Pallets Limited, 4/F Manning Industrial Building, 118 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies, and it does not use analytics, tracking pixels or similar technologies, so there is no cookie banner. Our hosting provider's security systems may use a strictly necessary cookie to block automated attacks. If we ever add anything else, we will ask you first.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
