Beyond wood and plastic.

We believe logistics needs to move beyond wood and plastic. So we designed a hybrid pallet: a pressed-steel deck inside a full HDPE frame, built on our own patented Gridesic space frame.

The result is light, rigid and rackable. It grips the load, the forks and the floor; it can be repaired on site instead of thrown away; and it carries its own record on a QR plate.

We make it with automated presses and robotic dual-laser welding, and we build close to where our pallets are used. The AR 4840 is mined, melted and made in America, with U.S. Steel. Our ER-Series serves the Euro footprint, and IFCO runs the platform as the IFCO 4840.
